喝酒究竟对健康有没有好处？
适当的喝酒对身体健康是有好处还是有害处，在网上可以说是一个经久不衰的话题了，经常引起争议。我以前写过几篇文章讲过这个问题，介绍说，多年以来，有很多研究都表明适当的喝酒有助于降低心血管疾病风险。我因此遭到了一些攻击，说我因为本人喜欢喝酒，就夸大了喝酒的好处。
