Feel peaky:

To feel slightly ill, unwell, or unwell, often with a pale or sickly appearance.

我们通常在动词 “feel” 后加 “peaky”, 即 “to feel peaky”,不过我们也可以在 “to be” 后接 “peaky”。

例句

I didn’t go to work yesterday as I was feeling a bit peaky.

He is going to the doctor because he is feeling a bit peaky.

Liu looked a bit peaky when she left. Is she OK?
